Office Administrator / Receptionist – London, EC

Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants Ltd (BIC) in London, EC, is recruiting for an Office Administrator /Receptionist. The person will be based at our offices in London EC. There is no option to work from home. 

Ideal candidates will be professional individuals who can multi-task and take the necessary initiative to ensure the smooth running of the workflow and offer a world-class service to our clients.  Candidates will be friendly and highly organised individuals with excellent administrative and communication skills. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated and responsible work ethic.   

Responsibilities will include; acting as a liaison between staff members working from home and the activities at the office, general office duties, postal duties, filing, scanning, written and verbal client and staff liaison, reception duties, switchboard relief and other general administrative duties.

You must be willing to be trained in all aspects of the job. 

At least two years’ previous experience as an administrator, secretary, or administrative assistant is required. 

Starting salary is £21,000 per annum, but is negotiable, according to experience.

Ideal candidates will be professional individuals who can multi-task and take the necessary initiative to ensure the smooth running of the office and offer a world-class service to our clients.  Candidates will be friendly and highly organised individuals with excellent administrative and drafting skills.

Responsibilities will include; general office duties and secretarial and administrative support to OISC registered immigration consultants (e.g. drafting cover letters, sending documents to the Home Office and client liaison, etc.)

You must be willing to be trained in all aspects of the job.

At least one year’s experience working in the field of Immigration is required or two years working in a legal environment.  Starting salary of £23,000 per annum is offered but is negotiable, according to experience.
