Telephonist/Receptionist – London, EC

Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants Limited, based in London (EC), is looking for an experienced telephonist/receptionist.   

Ideal candidates will be responsible and motivated individuals who will take the necessary initiative to provide world-class service to our clients. Candidates will be friendly individuals who take pride in remembering names and enjoy interacting with people. You will be well-spoken and have the ability to deal pleasantly with people at all levels.

Two years of experience in a similar role is required, and an excellent command of English.

Responsibilities will include; Handling a busy switchboard, reception duties and other general office and administrative duties.

Starting salary is £22,000 per year, but is negotiable, according to experience.

Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants (SA) has a vacancy for a candidate with a legal degree to be trained as a Legal/Immigration Consultant at our expanding Pretoria branch office.   


Applicants must be professional individuals with excellent communication skills, a caring attitude towards clients and strong leadership skills. Excellent English language proficiency is essential, and proficiency in Afrikaans will be an advantage.   

Applicants should be able to multi-task and take the initiative to provide our clients with a world-class service. 

A completed law degree is essential. We also invite applications from recently qualified attorneys. Experience in immigration law will be advantageous but not a requirement, as we will provide full training. 

A salary of R15,000 will be offered during the training period, after which it will be reviewed and increased according to qualifications and experience.

Client Liaison Office, Pretoria, South Africa

Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants (SA) has a vacancy for a Client Liaison Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Upholding a high correspondence standard with clients both by email and telephonically.
  • Follow standard operating procedures.
  • Book consultations for new clients with consultants.
  • Diary management.
  • Logging and updating information on internal workflow systems.
  • Client file organisation and maintenance.

Competencies

  • Excellent English Language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
  • Client service experience.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to function under pressure.
  • Goal and task-driven.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and client relationship skills.
